    Is this public like online reviews?
    No. ClubSat is a private, club-run feedback system. Responses are only visible to authorized club staff and never posted publicly.
    How do parents stay anonymous?
    When the club user uploads an email address, the email gets a persistent anonymous identifier (e.g., BlueFox2742) and the email address is never shown in the app UI. The app uses token matches to verify survey responses and match them to the correct anonymous ID. Club staff can follow up in threaded conversations without knowing who the parent is and parents can communicate knowing that they are anonymous.
    Can parents reply directly from email?
    Yes. Each parent recipient receives an email with a unique ID that anonymous stores their response. They can rate and comment directly from the link in the email — no login, no app to download.
    Who on the club staff can see responses?
    Access is role-based. Directors, admins, and designated coaches can be given different levels of visibility and permissions.
    What kinds of surveys can we send?
